DESCRIPTION:The San Bernardino Countywide Oversight Board meetings are open
  to the public for public participation. Public access to the San Bernardi
 no Government Center is through the west doors\, facing Arrowhead Avenue. 
 All members of the public entering the building are required to go through
  a security scan. Those wishing to attend the board meeting will be sent d

 nty\, including masking and social distancing requirements.\n\nThe public 
 may view the Board Meeting live stream at /agendas-minutes-1/\; If you wis

 prior to the Board meeting\, please submit comments via U.S. Mail* or emai
 l to COB@sbcounty.gov. Comments received prior to the start of the meeting
  will be forwarded to the Board Members for review\;\n\nIf you wish to mak
