SUMMARY:Annual ROPS/ General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Executive Order N-29-20\, which suspended certain requirements 
 of the Ralph M. Brown Act allowing members of the San Bernardino Countywid
 e Oversight Board (CWOB) to attend meetings via teleconference or video co
 nference and participate in meetings to the same extent as if they were pr
 esent\, expired on September 30\, 2021. Effective October 1\, 2021\, enfor
 cement of Brown Act meeting requirements regarding in person meeting atten
 dance will resume.\n\nEffective December 15\, 2021\, through January 15\, 
 2022\, CDPH guidance requires masks to be worn in all “indoor public set
 tings”\, irrespective of vaccine status. Indoor public settings include 
 any County work spaces members of the public regularly access\, such as lo
 bbies\, regardless of whether anyone from the public is present.\n\nThe Sa
 n Bernardino Countywide Oversight Board meetings are open to the public fo
 r public participation. Public access to the San Bernardino Government Cen
 ter is through the west doors\, facing Arrowhead Avenue. All members of th
 e public entering the building are required to go through a security scan.
  Those wishing to attend the board meeting will be sent directly to the ch
 ambers.\n\nThe public may view the Board Meeting live stream at /agendas-m
 inutes-1/\; If you wish to make a comment on a specific agenda item or a g
 eneral public comment prior to the Board meeting\, please submit comments 
 via U.S. Mail* or email to COB@sbcounty.gov. Comments received prior to th
 e start of the meeting will be forwarded to the Board Members for review\;
 \n\nIf you wish to make a comment on a specific item or a general public c
 omment while watching the live stream\, please submit comments\, limited t
 o 250 words or less\, to the Secretary of the Board at COB@sbcounty.gov. C
