SUMMARY:General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Executive Order N-29-20\, which suspended certain requirements 
 of the Ralph M. Brown Act allowing members of the San Bernardino Countywid
 e Oversight Board to attend meetings via teleconference or video conferenc
 e and participate in meetings to the same extent as if they were present\,
  expired on September 30\, 2021. Effective October 1\, 2021\, enforcement 
 of Brown Act meeting requirements regarding in person or remote meeting at
 tendance will resume.\n\nThe San Bernardino Countywide Oversight Board mee
 tings are open to the public for public participation. Public access to th
 e San Bernardino Government Center is through the west doors\, facing Arro
 whead Avenue. All members of the public entering the building are required
  to go through a security scan. Those wishing to attend the board meeting 
 will be sent directly to the chambers. Please be advised\, by entering a C
 ounty facility without a mask you are attesting that you have been fully v
 accinated against COVID-19. Facial coverings and social distancing are req
 uired for those who have not been vaccinated.\n\nThe public may view the B
 oard Meeting live stream at /agendas-minutes-1/\; If you wish to make a co
 mment on a specific agenda item or a general public comment prior to the B
 oard meeting\, please submit comments via U.S. Mail* or email to COB@sbcou
 nty.gov. Comments received prior to the start of the meeting will be forwa
 rded to the Board Members for review\;\n\nIf you wish to make a comment on
  a specific item or a general public comment while watching the live strea
 m\, please submit comments\, limited to 250 words or less\, to the Secreta
