 ds certain requirements of the Ralph M. Brown Act. CWOB meetings are open 
 to the public. Public access to the San Bernardino County Government Cente
 r is through the west doors\, facing Arrowhead Avenue. All members of the 
 public entering the building are required to go through a security scan. T
 hose wishing to attend the board meeting will be sent directly to the cham
 bers. Please be advised\, by entering a County facility without a mask you
  are attesting that you have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Facia
 l coverings and social distancing are required for those who have not been
