 e Governor's Executive Order N-29-20 dated March 17\, 2020. As the County 
 begins to reopen for in-person services\, the CWOB meetings will also reop
 en to the public.\n\nThe public is strongly encouraged to observe the live
  stream of the CWOB meeting at Agendas/ Minutes - San Bernardino Countywid
 e Oversight Board. Public comments during the meeting can be submitted via
  email to the Clerk of the Board at COB@sbcounty.gov\n\nIf attending the m
 eeting in person\, facial coverings will be required and seating in the bo
 ard chambers will be limited to ensure appropriate social distancing is ma
 intained.
